Company" has officially been formed. Called "Dirty Tractor," the organization's
mission is to help raise awareness of liver disease and support individuals and

Dirty Tractor's slogan is "funny apparel and gifts for a serious cause." Plans are
laid out to offer many different themed products. For the grand opening, four lines
are now available, one of them being their "ol' Jim" line. Ol' Jim is the
non-fictional character that spurred the thought process behind Dirty Tractor.

"We were reminiscing over coffee in a diner one morning of all the hilarious things
old Jim has said throughout the years. He's a real down-to-earth guy who is battling
late stages of liver cirrhosis," Dirty Tractor's manager Michael DeBoer said. "Then
we realized there was enough material to actually begin an online store and
community; soon after Dirty Tractor was born."

To date, Dirty Tractor has set up a MySpace profile, a discussion blog featuring
light editorial pieces relating to liver disease, and their main online store.
